Black and White Cookies
I recently made Black and White cookies for the first time. In all honesty, I had never even eaten one before I made these! They were pretty good, although I'm not a big fan of the "white" side. But the super soft, cake like cookie with the thick chocolate ganache was killer!

These look AWESOME- I miss these from upstate NY! I thought they were just a local thing there...they call them "Half Moons"- yummy!
